  • Agenda, sign-in sheets, minutes, informational sheets
  • Title 1 Program description; current MCA status – comprehensive needs assessment, exit criteria, curriculum, assessments used,
  • Explanation of how parents can support children at home
  • Discussion of parent involvement plan and input from board
  • Additions or changes to be made to current plan
  • 2018-19 Compact
  • Title I staff, along with classroom teachers administer grade-level

assessments to determine student eligibility. STAR, FAST,

Fountas and Pinnell are tests used in reading and math. Those

students unable to show adequate growth or scoring below their

capabilities are given support. We specifically work with students whose rank

is anywhere from 51% and lower. Students serviced

changes frequently dependent upon standards assessed and student

success with those or lack thereof.

St.Mary’s will use NWEA and Dibles and Fountas and Pinnell Benchmark Assessments for their progress monitoring tests. . They specifically work with students whose rank is anywhere from 50% and lower. They will be using a similar spreadsheet to Sleepy Eye Elementary’s this year with training that was provided last year by Southwest West Central Service Cooperative in its use.
